Meet the Owner
Ms. Allison, our site director, looks forward to welcoming you to A Place to Grow at Harmony Homes. Allison has been with A Place to Grow since 2023. She has may years of experience working with children in Connecticut, where she grew up. Allison is deeply committed to her family and is a cornerstone of our community. Allison is developing her skills as a director and is earning her CDA and mentorship of A Place to Grow.

Our owner, Miss Jen, opened A Place to Grow in 2005 when her children were just one and three. She franchised A Place to Grow in 2021 and A Place to Grow at Harmony Place is our second corporate location. Miss Jen’s children are now young adults off exploring the world. She spends most of her time working remotely from the Florida Keys, where her husband runs an airport. Jen manages all the franchise operations and keeps the business running smoothly from afar. She loves cooking, reading, fishing and being on the water!
