Why Choose A Place To Grow
The typical territory will include a defined area with a population of 125,000 - 250,000 or an area within a 10-mile radius (whichever is smaller). Given our demographic research, we believe that this is more than large enough to ensure a successful business model with ample room for growth.
Support and Training
We believe that providing progressive training and prompt support is vital to the success of your school. Your training will focus on a three-phase implementation for both sales and marketing, and curriculum and program delivery methods.
The franchisee, a director or assistant director, and one lead teacher will receive one to two weeks of initial training at our flagship location in New Hampshire. Start up training covers all administrative, operational, sales and marketing skills needed to start A Place to Grow franchise. In some cases, another location may be designated due to convenience or availability.
Training at Your Location
We will provide an experienced trainer to provide on-site training for one week to assist in the commencement of business. During that time, they will be onsite to support and review an opening checklist of operations.
Ongoing Training & Support
If you are successful, we are successful.
A Place to Grow will guide and support you in all aspects of your business including operations, client relations, purchasing, the development of your marketing strategy and the design of your branded advertising materials. We will also continue to research successful methods and techniques for franchise operations to enhance each franchise’s methods of education and profitability potential. To support success across A Place to Grow’s network, each franchise owner is required to attend a maximum two-day “refresher” training each year.
