Develop Professional Career Pathways

A Place to Grow supports the professional journey of all educators from high school students entering the field to seasoned educators ready to own their own schools. We provide career development plans to support your personal vision and growth for the future.

Tuition Assistance

In partnership with CCSNH, we offer access to early childhood scholarships for employees working at least 20 hours per week. We also contribute to at least one college course per year and provide the required textbooks.

We provide partnerships with TEACH NH for general education courses required for degree completion.

401k Savings

We are pleased to offer full time employees the opportunity to contribute up to 5% of their salary towards a 401K with pre-tax dollars and we will provide a company match up to 3%. This is made possible through a partnership with Guideline and Gusto. All qualifying employees will be automatically enrolled.
